[edit] Speculation&Trivia
Similarly to other Splash Core Pins this is an average Pin. For all purposes, it is practically the same as the Aqua Monster Pin: orb size and rebounding distance is the same, but Attack power and Limit is increased, presenting an upgrade on the above-mentioned Pin. The bad combination of size and rebound still penalise it greatly, but the higher Attack and Limit bump it up to a just-about Class B.
As with other Splash Core Pins, the best tactic is to saturate the area either directly in front of the enemy, or practically on top of them.
The Pins "averageness" makes sense, if one looks at the Pins name: Aqua Pawn. In the game of chess, the Pawn is the lowest value piece -hence it makes sense that this Pin, although average (supposedly not poor since the Pegaso Bishop brand Pins are mostly a later game presence), is not the best. The word Aqua refers to the Pins ability, since Aqua in Latin means Water.[1]
As with all Pegaso Pins, a signature of the brand is present (in this case, a large, stylised P), but the rest of the image is unclear: whether theres a half moon present or not, it is hard to tell, but a possibility is it just represents the movement and foaming of water: since Pegaso is a "posh" and expensive brand, it makes sense that the image shown is more real-life and artistic than other brands.
