Harrier Reapers are Reapers that are supposed to hinder and slow down a player's progression throughout the game. They can summon Noise, and have low-level keypins, meaning they can go through walls that have little protection. The only Harriers you find in this game are Uzuki and Kariya. They slow down Neku and the other Players by summoning Noise and playing Reaper Sports. Only on emergency ocassions can they attack directly. They collect points by erasing Players, and by collecting enough points ascend in rank and avoid getting erased themselves.

Their position is the second lowest.
