Tipsy Tose Hall as it appears in The World Ends With You

Tipsy Tose Hall is where you help the old businessman make his mind up through your first game of Reaper Creeper. It is also the location of a junk pile left by Minamimoto, and the site of a Taboo Noise attack on Sota and Nao. This is where they both are erased in Week Two.

At selected times in Weeks Two and Three (and throughout Another Day), you can enter the building Stride in order to play Tin Pin Slammer with Shuto Dan and the other men that appear in AD.
